Client: The Tea House Riccarton Park Restoration Charitable Trust

The Tea House Riccarton Park is a building of national significance as it is the last structure of its kind remaining on any racecourse in New Zealand. A Charitable Trust was established to conserve and restore The Tea House Riccarton Park to its former grandeur so that it can provide a useful purpose and to preserve a piece of historic Christchurch architecture. Once restored this building will act as a function venue for the public and will also be used on race days.

TDM Events developed the sponsorship and fundraising strategy for the $700,000 project which resulted in the launch of the newly renovated Tea House in 2008.
